Highlights of the 34th Convocation (Phase-II) of Dr. M.G.R. University. 🎓🏫

We were honored to host our 34th Convocation Ceremony in the presence of our Honourable Chancellor, Dr. A.C. Shanmugam, and Honourable President, Er. A.C.S. Arun Kumar. We were privileged to have Dr. Abhijat Chandrakant Sheth (Chairman, National Medical Commission) deliver an inspiring Convocation Address to our graduands.

A major highlight of the day was the conferral of Honorary Doctorates upon two legends:
✨ Dr. V. Narayanan (Chairman, ISRO) – Doctor of Science (D.Sc.)
✨ Mr. K. Bhagyaraj (Eminent Filmmaker & Actor) – Doctor of Letters (D.Litt.)

Under the leadership of our Hon’ble Chancellor Dr. A.C. Shanmugam and Esteemed President Er. A.C.S. Arun Kumar, we were honored to have the Hon’ble Vice President of India, Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan, join us as Chief Guest to witness our graduands take their next big step; joined by distinguished guests Thiru. Ma. Subramanian, Hon’ble Minister for Health and Family Welfare, Govt. of Tamil Nadu and Guest of Honour Shri Nainar Nagendran, M.L.A., State President of the BJP-TN, we celebrated the hard work and bright futures of our newest alumni.
