Are there any industry exposure or internship opportunities available?
Yes, all our programs include industry exposure training or internships.
For UG & PG Food Science, Nutrition & Dietetics; internships are available in our own hospitals [SLMCH, ACSMCH, RRMCH] and other hospitals, food industries, and nutrition-related fields.
For B.Sc. Hotel Management and B.A. Culinary Arts, Industry Exposure Training (IET) is an integral part of the IV Semester Curriculum, lasting upto 24 weeks.

Do you provide transport facilities?
We provide many Air-Conditioned buses, Ultra-Deluxe Buses, Deluxe Buses and Mini Buses which are operated in and around Chennai city catering to the Students and Staff. Our Mobile Dental Van is available to provide medical services to the Rural areas.

What is the eligibility criteria for your programs?
For B.A. Culinary Arts: Pass in 12th – any subject from a recognized board with a minimum percentage
For B.Sc. Hotel Management & Catering Technology: Pass in 12th – any subject from a recognized board with a minimum percentage
For B.Sc. Food Science, Nutrition & Dietetics: Passing +2 with 40% in Science and Computer science background with Physics+Chemistry+Biology/Biological Studies/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry or Nutrition & Dietetics or Home Science
For M.Sc. Food Science, Nutrition & Dietetics: Graduate with B.Sc. Food Science, Nutrition And Dietetics; B.Sc. Clinical Nutrition; B.Sc. Food Technology;
