Held at the Chennai Trade Centre, the inauguration was graced by the Hon'ble Minister for Food and Civil Supplies, Consumer Protection and Price Control, Mr. P. Venkataramanan, who highlighted the evolving landscape of the food sector. The event also witnessed a special felicitation of the Minister by Mr. D. Sreenivasan (Owner, Sree Annapoorna Hotels) alongside the South India Chefs Association (SICA) board members and master chefs. Participating in such a high-caliber industry gathering provided an invaluable learning experience for our students. Interacting directly with industry experts, exploring cutting-edge culinary trends, and witnessing professional networking in action served to broaden their practical perspective, bridging classroom concepts with real-world hospitality standards.
