Dr. Chef Soundararajan, Corporate Executive Chef, Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd., conducted seminar on becoming a Chef for the benefit of the students of the Faculty of Hotel Management & Catering Technology of Dr. MGR Educational & Research Institute University.
The seminar was conducted on the 15th October, 2009, for students with the primary objective to serve as a launch pad to develop confidence and culinary leadership abilities required to succeed as a Chef in the competitive hospitality industry.
Being a chef of repute and having trained few thousands of chefs, Dr. Chef Soundararajan presented a practical picture about the nuances in becoming a chef – in a way that is practically possible. The seminar served as a platform for the students to prepare better before taking on the professional mantle.
