CHEFS LOUNGE – 2010

Chefs Lounge was organized as a part of the Aahar 2010, a renowned national level food fair from 25-10-2010 to 27-10-2010. The Faculty of Hotel Management and Catering Technology worked alongside the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA) in organizing the Chefs Lounge.

Leading Chefs from across the country were invited to the lounge. Chef John Clancy, Chair of WACS Educational Committee was specially invited for this event.

The faculty and the staff of the Department of HMCT had the opportunity to interact with several leading n ational and international chefs during the event. IFCA initiated the program activities and guided the Faculty of Hotel Management & Catering Technology and made the event happen
