It was a matter of pride for the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations to hold the National Culinary Congress 2012. The event was held in Bangalore at Vivanta by Taj, Yeshwantpur, from 22.03.2012 to 24.03.2012. The event turned out to be a mirror for solidarity and show of strength of the professional body – IFCA.
The day was quite busy for the delegates with lot of activities happening. Culinary demonstrations were held which turned out to be very useful for the students on the learning side. Lecture sessions held on the occasion were again very useful for the students who took lot of interest to focus on them. The Chefs from across the country present there shared quite a lot of information.
Panel discussions were also a part of the highlights on the occasion. Chefs of high reputation who took part in the panel discussions unraveled the nuances in culinary art, which was a great intake for the students and for those initiated late into this art.
The entire day’s events kept every one of the event’s attendees live to the happenings. There was a photo session at the end which demonstrated the joy that pulled people and made them glued to the event’s memorable moments.
