The sculpting features of Culinary the Chef exhibited stretched over 4 days(15th December & 18th December, 2021), happening at the “Advance Training Kitchen” Hotel Management & Catering Technology, MGR Block, Dr. MGR E&R I, Chennai. The first hour of the session was streamed on virtual mode to the Hotel Management & Catering Technology Students of the First Year on the topic “An Introduction to World Cuisine – Attitude & Attribute of a Chef.
The Faculty Development Program conducted by the Chef Ramesh Javvaji, the world-renowned Expert Culinarian and Master Chef Trainer, was an awe-inspiring exhibition of grandeur Gastronomy. Though the Chef covered the basics, it was an exploration of food facets that made even the seasoned Chefs gather some impressive features.
