Lecture demonstration session on the Basic Sauces took place at the college campus, on 7th December, 2011. The Chef, Sanjay Matta, Chef, Cuisine Francaise et culinaire Food & beverage consultant, handled the session deftly covering range of types & forms of sauces.

The expert Chef could drive the students to even small details about the sauces. It was a very important and useful session for the students since they could draw inspiration from the visiting expert apart from actual learning about the sauces
