Our latest video, “Training to Winning,” showcases the incredible journey of our students from the Department of Hotel Management & Culinary Arts at MGRERI during the 6th Edition of SICA Culinary Challenge & Exhibition in 2023.
The video takes you on a mesmerizing ride, beginning with glimpses of our students’ rigorous training and our dedicated staff guiding them. Then, it transports you to the location of the eventβthe Chennai Trade Centre in Nandambakkam.
The chief guest’s arrival and the ceremonial lamp lighting ceremony marks the beginning of an intense competition, judged by a distinguished international & national jury.
The display of the participantsβ artistic culinary creations, from plated desserts to bakery & pastry showpieces were definitely a treat for the eyes.
Witness our talented students receive their well-deserved medals and prizes. We clinched an impressive medal tally: 4 Gold, 5 Silver, and 14 Bronze medals, along with 14 Merit positions.
