What is Combi Oven? What does it offer to the culinary industry?
Combi Oven is short for Combination Oven. This appliance combines several cooking operations into one unit –
- steaming,
- baking,
- roasting,
- smoke food too.
Many cooking techniques affect the flavors of a dish. But, this appliance allows for simultaneous use of multiple cooking techniques, increasing cooking efficiency without transferring flavors. Also, combi ovens are perfect for both fine dining establishments and high-volume kitchens.
Because of this, it enables consistent culinary outcomes with precise temperature and humidity management. Moreover, their capacity to maintain precise cooking temperatures helps to reduce food shrinkage and keep nutrients. Hence, they are a favorite among culinary professionals for their dependability and versatility.
