Our team had the privilege of attending the Aussie Our team had the privilege of attending the Aussie Lamb Chefs' Workshop by Chef Saby at Radisson Blu Hotel, Chennai! Organized by the Australian Embassy and Australian Trade Commission in collaboration with SICA, the event brought together top chefs from across the city. We were honored to interview culinary experts Chef Seetharam Prasad and Chef Sabyasachi Gorai, who shared valuable insights on Aussie Lamb. 

The highlight of the event was the delectable buffet featuring Aussie Lamb as the star ingredient! The dishes were a treat to our taste buds, and the presentation was a feast for the eyes.
