8th International Chefs’ Conference 2019

Faculty and Students from Dr M.G.R Educational and Research Institute were privileged to be part of the Indian Federation of Culinary Association’s (IFCA) 8th International Chefs’ Conference held at Hotel Pullman at Delhi from 3rd to 5th October.

Faculty of Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Aviation and De-Novo Courses Dean Prof Prabu, an Executive Committee Member for IFCA, encouraged the students from Dr M.G.R University to participate in these sessions where they received opportunities to interact with the culinary professionals. The student’s participants were exposed to inspiring lecture series and talks that focused on learning, networking into global culinary connections among this fraternity, enhancing culinary capabilities to create the concept of eating right and healthy in the culinary profession.
