‘Eat Right’ by student Sanjana

Faculty and Students from Dr M.G.R Educational and Research Institute were privileged to be part of the Indian Federation of Culinary Association’s (IFCA) 8th International Chefs’ Conference held at hotel Pullman at Delhi from 3rd to 5th October, 2019.

Chef Bala Muruhan Laxman, Chef Trainer from Faculty of Hotel Management, was awarded Star Chef Award by IFCA

Also, Sanjana, a 3rd-year Hotel Management student presented a paper on the Topic ”Eat Right” which was appreciated by other attendees of the conference. The three-day event interred the students on areas pertaining to food culture. An opportunity that helped them to reach out to one of the biggest culinary events in Asia with the greatest reach in the National and International Culinary Industry.
