The students of the Fitnoush Club, Department of Food Science, Nutrition & Dietetics, conducted a successful Nutrition Awareness Program on December 18, 2024, for the 1st-year B.Arch students. The session focused on key concepts like the food pyramid, my plate, and differences between macro and micronutrients.
The B.Arch students participated in interactive games, energizing exercises, and anthropometric assessments. The event highlighted the importance of nutrition in daily life. The actively participated students were rewarded by the club members.
