The Theme for 2024: “Growing Great Chefs”

This year’s theme, “Growing Great Chefs,” focuses on nurturing young, aspiring chefs who are currently pursuing culinary education. Chefs from around the globe come together to spark creativity, inspire curiosity, and encourage a love for cooking among children and students. Through interactive workshops, culinary demonstrations, and educational activities, chefs emphasize the importance of healthy eating and sustainable cooking practices.

Grand by GRT celebrated International Chefs Day with the theme ‘Growing Great Chefs’, featuring Corporate Executive Chef Sheetharam Prasad. The event was packed with exciting masterclasses, a culinary quiz by Mr. Rajeev from Quizx, and fun-filled activities. 1st year students from Department of Culinary Arts from MGRERI participated and showcased their culinary talents. Chef Sheetharam shared his expertise through demos and interactive Q&A sessions, igniting passion in young chefs for the culinary industry.
