Fruit Mixing Ceremony
The fruit mixing ceremony, rooted in Christmas traditions, involves soaking dried fruits in spirits, honey, and juices, symbolizing the festive season’s anticipation. This ritual yields flavorful ingredients for treats like plum cakes, encapsulating the essence of joyful celebrations.
Our students from FSND and HMCT participated in the joyous Fruit Mixing Ceremony / Instagram. Nuts, dry fruits, and more melded with maple syrup, orange juice, and honey, creating a delightful concoction. Honored by the presence of our esteemed President, the event marked the commencement of festive celebrations. The mixed fruit, now infused with festive flavors, will undergo a delightful transformation into the much-awaited plum cake after a few days of soaking.
Prepping our Gingerbread House & Stunning Show cakes!!!
In tireless efforts, our students and faculty worked around the clock, pouring creativity into crafting a splendid gingerbread house and tiered show cakes. The meticulous preparation showcased their culinary skills and festive spirit, setting the stage for a memorable celebration.
Why Gingerbread House?

The Day of Celebration!
The grand moment arrived as our honorable Chairman and President inaugurated the enchanting gingerbread house and admired the skillfully crafted tiered show cakes. Displayed at our main campus, the event witnessed live cake dressing by our talented students, adding an interactive and delightful touch to the celebration.
