Organized by the Australian Embassy and Australian Trade Commission in collaboration with SICA, the event brought together top chefs from across the city. We were honored to interview culinary experts Chef Seetharam Prasad and Chef Sabyasachi Gorai, who shared valuable insights on Aussie Lamb.
